MAD Archives Volumes 1, 2, 3, and 4 Hardcover First Editions (EC, 2002-12)

Description

A group of hardcover first editions, Volumes #1-4, reprinting the first 24 issues of MAD. Founded in 1952 as a comic book, the first issue was written almost entirely by its editor Harvey Kurtzman, with artists such as Jack David, Mort Drucker, Sergio Aragones, Dave Berg Al Jaffee, Don Martin, Antonio Prohias, Bill Elder, John Severin, Wally Wood, and so many more joining “The Usual Gang of Idiots” later. It became a magazine in 1955 (with issue #24).

All four books here are in Excellent condition.
